Wildflour Kitchen – Terms & Conditions
Customer Food Safety Standard Notice
At Wildflour Kitchen, your health and safety are our top priority. Many of our desserts — including cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, cheesecakes, and other specialty treats — may contain perishable ingredients, such as cream cheese, whipped cream, or custards.
Please note the following important food safety guidelines:

Safe Handling: Any dessert with cream cheese or other perishable fillings or frostings should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours (or 1 hour if the temperature is above 90°F).

Proper Storage: Refrigerate perishable desserts at or below 40°F (4°C) until ready to serve. This includes cake pops made with cream cheese fillings or frostings.

Event Display: If your order will be displayed for an extended period (e.g., dessert tables, buffets, treat displays), please use proper cold holding methods like chilled platters or ice trays.

Customer Responsibility: Once your order has been picked up, delivered, or set up, [Your Business Name] is not responsible for any foodborne illness or spoilage caused by improper handling, storage, or display.

Deposits & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom orders and treat tables.

Full payment is due no later than 48 hours before pickup or delivery.

Orders not paid in full by the deadline may be canceled at Wildflour Kitchen’s discretion.
Cancellations

Orders canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup may transfer their deposit to a future order (within 30 days).

Orders canceled within 72 hours of pickup will forfeit the deposit and may still be charged the remaining balance, depending on prep status.
Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once prepared.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup to discuss a possible resolution or partial credit.
Non-Pickup Policy

Orders not picked up within 2 hours of the agreed pickup time are considered forfeited and will not be refunded.

We will make one attempt to contact you. Storage beyond the scheduled pickup is not guaranteed.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Wildflour Kitchen is not an allergen-free kitchen. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs.

Customers are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens.
Design & Style

While we do our best to match colors, themes, and inspiration photos, every treat is handmade and may vary slightly in appearance.
