Nicole Warren's culinary journey began in 2020 during a time of profound personal and global change. Rediscovering her love for baking while working at Paces & Vine Restaurant, she turned a simple promise to her son - to make him a Key Lime pie - into a new career. What started as a heartfelt gesture evolved into a self-taught mastery of pies, pastries, and large-scale bakes, earning her the role of pastry chef and sparking her vision for WildFlour Kitchen.
With a passion for creating warm, inclusive experiences - especially for those with food sensitivities - Nicole combines resilience, creativity, and care in everything she makes. Today, she continues to build WildFlour Kitchen as a haven where community, connection, and thoughtful flavors come together.
